Expert Computing Solutions is an outgrowth of the computer services division of KSA Engineers, Inc. a 25 year old consulting firm and a leader in its field. The computer services division of KSA found itself expanding to serve not only the existing offices of KSA in Dallas, Austin, Lufkin, Tyler and Longview, but also beginning to receive requests from other business professionals for computer service and support. While KSA's core business is engineering and design, the need for an elite computer service organization was noted and addressed with the formation of Expert Computing Solutions. ECS feels that many businesses can benefit from the qualified staff that we have assembled. It is our goal to offer the same quality service to other professional service organizations that have similar needs for reliability in their computer systems

Our technicians stay current with training offered by Cisco and Microsoft to insure that the latest advances in networking and communications software are utilized to increase productivity. We have trained, certified professionals with experience in Cisco, Windows, Unix-Linux platforms, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office.

We offer services such as evaluation and recommendations on current systems, complete network setup, acquisition and installation of software and hardware, troubleshooting and servicing of existing computer equipment. All our services are available on an hourly contract basis.

Expert Staff

	Suzanne Bickham Business Manager Suzanne Bickham is Business Manager and one of the original founders of ECS. Suzanne manages the day to day business operations of ECS. Her background in accounting, management and sales makes her well suited to help ECS clients with their business management and software needs. sbickham@expertcomputingsolutions.net
	Brock Leger Network Administrator Brock is the network administrator for ECS. He joined Expert in 2003, after helping build one of the largest privately owned ISP's in Texas. Brock is a member of the IEEE and the TCEA. He attended LeTourneau University and has several years of experience in network engineering and implementation, VPN, PTP, WAN/LAN configuration and administration, UNIX SCO, Mac OS, Linux, Network Support, Windows server and workstation. bleger@expertcomputingsolutions.net
	Clint Boggio Systems Analyst Clint joined Expert after working with a solutions provider in Monroe Louisiana. Consulting with clients from Barbados to Washington, Clint has worked with hundreds of Unix and Linux environments. 	Daniel Knight Systems Analyst After spending his career in the education field, Daniel decided to join Expert in 2006. He has served as the director of technology for several public schools in East Texas, and brings a very exciting skill set to Expert and our clients. He has extensive knowledge in network security, active directory environments, intrusion prevention, ISA, WAN/LAN configuration, and Citrix. 	Shannon Reid Helpdesk Coordinator Shannon is the helpdesk coordinator. Shannon also coordinates the ECS schedule and work order system, as well as assisting with purchasing needs.
